Denis Chitsulo
Managing DirectorDenis is a finance and administration professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, donor-funded project accounting, microfinance, and organisational administration.
He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting, Audit and Information Systems. Denis has served in various senior finance roles — including Portfolio Manager and Finance & Administration Officer — across the microfinance and development sectors.
He brings deep expertise in financial oversight, compliance, microfinance operations, and strategic financial management.
Vitumbiko Manda
Board ChairVitumbiko is a Chartered Accountant holding ACCA (UK) and CA (Malawi) qualifications, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from MUBAS and an MBA from Singapore Business School. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at Africa Research University.
He has over 10 years with Nexia Graham Carr (Chartered Accountants), where he serves as Audit Supervisor with broad experience across universities, schools, NGOs, donor-funded organisations, parastatals, and limited companies. He also serves as Finance & Administration Consultant for AIC Energies Limited.
Prior to his audit career, Vitumbiko worked with FINCA Malawi as an Account Relationship Officer, grounding him firmly in microfinance practice.
Mr. Ganizani Masuweta
Board MemberGanizani is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the University of Malawi. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science from Chancellor College, University of Malawi, majoring in Economics and minoring in Sociology.
With over 5 years of experience at major commercial banks in Malawi, his academic and professional background provides a strong foundation in economic analysis, financial management, and social development.
Maureen Murotho
Board SecretaryMaureen is a communications professional with over 7 years of experience in public relations and marketing. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media for Development from Chancellor College, University of Malawi.
She has served across Communications, Customer Service, Public Relations, and Marketing departments, bringing strong expertise in customer onboarding, strategic communication, and service delivery.
Henry Kwakwalala
Board MemberHenry is a Teacher and Counselor by profession, with a distinguished career in providing professional guidance and counselling services to clients navigating complex psychosocial challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Catholic University of Malawi and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from DMI St. John the Baptist University.
He is currently expanding his career into Monitoring & Evaluation, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in M&E at Catholic University of Malawi.
Henry's role centres on capacity building — supporting clients toward realistic socio-economic and socio-anthropological mental well-being, and guiding them to productive investments and the full realisation of their social and economic goals.
